Do you sleep well, or do you get up in the
middle of the night to “work”? For a
good night's sleep it is of great importance to be in a bedroom that radiates
calmness and a sense of security, where you feel cozy all in all. So furnish
your bedroom with care, and pay attention to a comfortable and sleep supporting
atmosphere.Don't misuse your bedroom as office or storage room for suitcases, vacuum cleaner or ironing board. Clean up all things that could indirectly put pressure on you, such as tax documents, folders or invoices.
Avoid electromagnetic pollution by clock radio, TV or computer in the near surrounding of your bed as much as possible. This includes: No cell phones, notebooks and things like that on the bedside table or near your bed.
We can be the change we seek in
this world, and in ourselves. One day. One journey.
One person. One good night of
sleep at a time.
