Good intentions

It is possible that one person simply cannot keep up with all the many projects, however well intended, that they set out to do if they don’t keep things in check and keep organized.

After visiting Maine I decided to start writing frequently on more personal issues.  Like a New Year resolution, good intending as it might be, it may not have been well thought out.

I enjoy sharing life and life experiences with others.  I enjoy laughing and smiling.  I enjoy the healing touch of another human beings hand as we join together in spirit and energy.  I enjoy seeing people making progress and healing.  I enjoy experiencing the change in people’s life when they help create change in people’s lives.

I do not believe that everything is great all the time (I believe that is called Rainbows and Unicorns…) there is strife, there is suffering, there is sorrow, there are times that simply suck for people…

I also believe that we all are the authors of our own life stories.  We can choose to live, work through our difficulties and overcome what is given us.  We can choose to be victims and be helpless.

We can be the change we seek in this world, and in ourselves.
One day.  One journey.  One person, at a time.
May peace, love and compassion be with you…AND from you!

Today

Coulda
Woulda
Shoulda
Gonna
Maybe
Will do
Tomorrow
Yesterday

How do those words fit in your world, your life?

Today is a gift, that it why we call it the present. Soak in the here and now and not yesterday or tomorrow.

We are unable to make changes in the what happened yesterday.

Tomorrow the sun will rise bright and sunny or behind a wall of clouds regardless of where we are or what we are doing.

We are the author of our own life stories.

Convention life

Too many new faces
Walls are high
Comfort zones are small
One room is too hot
The other room is too cold
Sound is loud enough
Presenter isn't quick enough
Food is fast not good
Too little food too much money
Ah there it is.... A familiar face, a connection, a spirit, a human!!! :)

Convention life.
