As such, there are choices in life.  Where we live.  What we eat.  What we drive.  What we wear.  What we live in. What we watch.  And the list goes on and on.

The same is true for; Religion.  Faith.  Life path.  Christianity. Islam. Secular Nonreligious Agnostic Atheist. Hinduism.  Chinese traditional religion.  Buddhism.  Primal-indigenous.  African Traditional & Diasporic.  Sikhism.  Juche.  Spiritism. Judaism. Baha'. Jainism. Shinto. Cao Dai.  Zoroastrianism.  Tenrikyo.  Neo-Paganism. Unitarian-Universalism.  Native American.  Earth Centered.

I did an unofficial poll.  On an average, many people, when asked what religions can they name, named: Christianity, Catholic, Judasim, Islam, Mormon, Native/Indian, and Buddhism.

When you do a bit of research you quickly realize that when you poll the globe, a large group in the US may not even be a blip on the screen according to the top 50 rankings of world religions.

I do believe that connecting or knowing what you believe in is important.  I also know that equally or more importantly it is right to respect the path or choice of your neighbor who may not have the same views or connection as you do.

I really do believe that there is a common thread among all human beings AND that just like snowflakes no two humans are identical, nor will their believe in faith, religion or life path.

We can be the change we seek in this world. and in ourselves.  One day.  One journey.  One person.  One choice at a time.
