Friday

We try to keep our cool and stop anger and hostility from infiltrating our sense of inner peace, but sometimes our tempers are provoked into a righteous confrontation.  Perhaps it is a joke, hurtful words or actions or someone being mean.  What do YOU do to re-assemble your inner peace?

Today, everyone is asked to remain silent to bring awareness to GLBT Youth Bullying.  (www.dayofsilence.org)

Is this something you can be silent for?  Each day across the world youth who are GLBT are bullied and harassed to the point that some take their life.  Hate is not a family value for any family.  BE THE CHANGE!
