Help Balance Work & Life:

1) Figure out what is most important.  If you can choose 1 thing, what is it?  Add another, choose a few. 

2) Drop unnecessary activities. If it is not important drop it.

3) Protect your time! Cut back on extra hours.

4) Accept help from friends & family.

5) Pay yourself! MAKE time to spend with those you love.

6) Allow time for you to pray, meditate, read, etc.
